Found some keys?
Thanks for getting in touch. We'll match the keys to their owner using our secure database and thanks to you they will get their keys safely back.
If you have just found the keys the best thing to do would be to call our helpline on 0800 840 7220.
It is open from 9am till 6pm on weekdays and from 10.30am to 3.30pm on weekends. We will try to contact the owner of the keys and, if mutually convenient, arrange for them to collect them from you. Outside of these hours, there's an answer phone service.
Alternatively you could:
- Find an envelope
- Pop the keys in
- Write FREEPOST CARE2GIVE clearly on the front of the envelope
- Seal it and put it in the post. You don't need a stamp
If you are really very busy you can simply pop the keys into the post box and they will be sent back to us to re-unite them with their owner.
